Students & Scholars Can Make Hospital Appointments via Alipay

Do you dread waiting in long queues at the university hospital’s reception hall?

Are you unsure about how to make an appointment or getting your registration number at the university hospital?

For the convenience of international students and scholars to make appointments at the university hospital, the functionality of the online appointment system of the university hospital has been upgraded.

International students and scholars can now search for "Tsinghua University Hospital" through the Alipay app.

The system has added the function of binding the user’s personal identity through their passport.

International students and scholars can now make appointments at the school hospital!

Special note: this function applies to international students and scholars who have been treated in the school hospital. For those who have never been to the school hospital before, please register at the counter of the school hospital, and then bind the personal information with Alipay.

Steps for Making an Appointment

First, you must open the Alipay app and search for “Tsinghua University Hospital”.

Open the “Tsinghua University Hospital” mini-app and start by binding your identification and get your registration number according to the instructions below.

The Tsinghua University Hospital Service window on the Alipay app allows you to book appointments during the next two weeks, including same day appointments, and to pay for your registration fees. 

How to get your registration number:

Note: You can register for same day appointments via Alipay starting at 8:00.

Step 1: Click on “Registration Number” on the “Health Services” page.

Step 2: Select the date of appointment and the category of “Generalist”or “Specialist” for the type of doctor you want. If the list is empty, it means that there is no doctor available on that day.

Step 3: Pay for you appointment.

Step 4: Receive confirmation of payment.

You have successfully completed the registration for your appointment.
